We were thrilled with this company for the week that we were in Chania. They went out of their way to be accommodating and available. The drivers were all very polite, helpful, and willing to assist in English. We went to the gorge one day only to find out it was closed. The owner of the company reached out to let me know that she would be offering a refund for our prepaid half of the trip that we did not use. It was not at all expected and very much appreciated.You will not go wrong using maxi transfers during your stay in Chania.

We had a retreat on Crete last month. One of our events required us to be transported to Chania, and the company we used, Maxi Transfers, and our driver, Mr. Anastasis, were a dream. They took such great care of us, were in great communication, and we felt safe and sound in Mr. Anastasis' hands. We'll be back and we'll use Maxi again and again!

We used Maxi Transfers twice, first time our hotel booked them for us…. We were so pleased we booked them for our trip back to the airport.The Taxis were new, immaculate and really comfortable. We were 10 with luggage and had lots of space.Both drivers were so friendly and both excellent drivers.Highly recommend using them, booking was easy via email and they are very helpful and friendly. We certainly will use them next time we come to Chania.

Excellent and professional service!! We used Maxi Tranfers for a family vacation during a recent trip to Chania. We were traveling with a large group of 10 so it was economical for us to pool our money for private transportation. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone who visits Chania as they will provide you the best service! We had the pleasure to get transfered mainly by Natasa a very friendly and passionate driver who loved her job. No words can describe Arguro, the owner/manager of the company who has been really amazing and kind. Mr Apostoli as well, the kindest and sweetest person on the Island. Argyro gave us suggestions for attractions all over Crete as her knowlegde about the Island was remarkable and managed to make every road trip around the island like a guided tour.There are too many positive attributes to list here but some of them include:- Brand new, comfortable and clean cars - Friendly and knowledgeable - 100% honest and trustworthy - Responsive to calls and messages at any time of day or night - Willing to travel to any part of Crete - Reasonable pricesThank you Arguro! 🙏

Amazing taxi, we were a group of 6-7 people and they always picked us up and delivered us on time. They even took us on a round trip to see different attractions and they were always very knowledgeable when we needed information.10/10 service, safety and speed. Would book again.

Maxi Transfers provided an absolutely exceptional service. I initially reached out to the company to request a quote for airport transfers, and the communication from Argyro was very prompt, polite and informative. We were going on holiday for my wife's 30th birthday, and after our hotel were unable to help us, Argyro managed to source some big, helium filled balloons that were absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much to ask of her, and from initial contact to the end of the holiday, her communication was spot on. When we arrived in Chania, we were met by Nikitas who was warm and welcoming, despite the very late hour. We were taken to a lovely large Mercedes vehicle which had plenty of room for the family and luggage, and had child seats for the kids. The journey was made very comfortable because of the luxury vehicle. Nikitas was a very safe, cautious driver. He was friendly and informative, and made sure the temperature inside the vehicle was comfortable for us. On our transfer back to the airport on our last day, Argyro contacted me to offer to pick us up early so we could spend some time in Chania (we had stayed far away from Chania) and pick us up again later for our flight at no extra cost. This was a lovely offer and we really enjoyed spending some time in Chania. On our way to the airport, Nikitas stopped off at the office so we could meet Argyro and she gave my wife a very kind gift for her 30th birthday. This was totally unexpected and way above what anyone could expect. Maxi Tranfers are surely the best in the business! When we next come to Crete, we will be contacting you again without any hesitation!

Best taxi service expierence ever! Used their services all week for group of 8. Very fast in communication, amazing new mini busses, with really fair prices. Recommend for anyone to use their service!

Great service and response was quick, even at 11PM to 5am when i needed a ride back. The driver was super helpful and understanding, and the car was clean. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan on using more of their services when i go back.
